Registration
Couples must have a valid CDS membership to enter. Registration fee does
not include admission to the ballroom. Competitors must purchase tickets. One entry fee per couple – covers
registration for all events:
Championship - $40 per couple (Note: Pre-championship level couples dancing up to Championship, pay
only the Championship fee.)
Newcomer to Pre-championship - $30 per couple
To Register:
Online - Register for events and purchase tickets using the O2CM event registration tool. (Championship
level couples must download, complete and return the Anti-doping form.)
By mail - Download a Championship registration form or Non-Championship registration form, Anti-
doping form (Championship level couples only) and a Ticket order form. (Return all to Margaret Yorke at
the address shown on the entry form.)
Deadline for entry is March 8, 2013. (Late registrations will be accepted until March 22, an additional
late fee of $25 will apply.)
NOTE: Championship level couples must do their regional qualifier with the same partner and in the same
category/categories they plan to enter:
DSBC – Snowball Classic, January 26 & 27th, 2013
DAA Qualifier – February 9, 2013
ODS – Ontario Closed Championships, February 23, 2013
DSQ – La Super-Am, March 2, 2013
DSAB – Alberta Winter Classic, March 16, 2013
